This is just my usual Victoria sponge recipe, with fresh strawberries, raspberries and a few crystallised mint leaves and edible flowers from the garden (jasmine, campanula and pansy petals).
Oh, and it's friggin' HUGE.
Of course my cats had to get in on the action while I was shooting outside, as you can see below. It was a bit of a pain shooting towards the sun lighting-wise, but it was either a nice view of the flowers or the patio doors.
